I cannot use the "rb.config" command

    Bases were not spawning in and a forum about this said to use the "rb.config add "Easy Bases" raideasy1" command to add bases to Base Groups. When I try doing the command though i get the error message "You do not have permission to use the command 'rb.config'!". (Some addition info) I am owner on my server, the server hoster i am using is GameServer Kings, i have tried using the command in both f1 and chat.
