    I just wanted to know if you have any knowledge if BotSpawn npc's walking over surfaces will ever be fixed.

    Is it anything Facepunch will ever work on?

    We've had issues like this a few times in different areas.

    Wether or not Facepunch fix it probably depends on whether or not they intend to let npcs roam in these areas.
    If they don't intend to then there's no problem - Not in vanilla game, anyway.
