Turn on/off Permission for gathering ?

Hi is it possible to insert a permission for player who dont want the spam of gems?

my community love this plugin but some want to farm just ores etc., and it would be a QOL to turn on/off command for player when they have the right permission.

hi we test that and it dont work like it should.

when we use this command  loot from nodes,, and wood dont work we get 0. we cant also kill animals then.

this was a custom toggle plugin i had from someone for this plugin before you added the feature yourself, ive deleted this one but kept it, so heres something that may be helpful to this issue
